The Mission
Our mission is simple: to help as many women as possible know and follow Christ through knowing and understanding His Word. We do this through providing ways for women to study, listen, read, watch and gather around the Bible.
“The unfolding of your word gives light.” Ps 119:130
Know & Follow longs to see women delight in the Word of God, walk in the ways of Christ, and share His Word with others.

Hello, friends. I’m Beth, founder of Know & Follow
After years of teaching Bible studies and speaking at ladies’ retreats, conferences and events, I felt led to begin a ministry that would offer Biblical resources to women free of charge. With the help of other brothers and sisters in Christ, Know & Follow was born in 2024. This website is one way we fulfill our mission to help women know and follow Christ through knowing and understanding His word.
It all began with a love for the Bible.
As a 13-year-old girl, I pulled out my Bible on the way home from a church youth trip and began reading. As we rambled down the road, I thought to myself, “These are the most important and life-changing words in the world. Everyone needs to hear them!” That was the beginning of a personal love for Scripture, and a desire to help others know God through His Word.
Four years later, I sensed God calling me to ministry. At the time I had no idea what it would look like, but l I knew that I would never be satisfied doing anything other than teaching the Bible and leading others to know Christ deeply and follow Him fervently.
Statement of Faith
We believe…
The Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God’s revelation of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. All Scripture is a testimony to Christ, who is Himself the focus of divine revelation.
There is one and only one living and true God. He is the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. To Him we owe the highest love, reverence, and obedience. The eternal triune God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Christ is the eternal Son of God. Jesus perfectly revealed and did the will of God, taking upon Himself human nature and identifying Himself completely with mankind yet without sin. In His substitutionary death on the cross He made provision for the redemption of men from sin. He was raised from the dead with a glorified body and appeared to His disciples. He ascended into heaven and is now exalted at the right hand of God. He will return in power and glory to judge the world and to consummate His redemptive mission. He now dwells in all believers as the living and ever present Lord.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, fully divine. He inspired holy men of old to write the Scriptures. Through illumination, He enables men to understand truth. He exalts Christ. He convicts men of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. He calls men to the Saviour, and effects regeneration. He cultivates Christian character, comforts believers, and bestows the spiritual gifts by which they serve God through His church. He seals the believer unto the day of final redemption. His presence in the Christian is the guarantee that God will bring the believer into the fullness of the stature of Christ. He enlightens and empowers the believer and the church in worship, evangelism, and service.
Man is the special creation of God, made in His own image. He created them male and female as the crowning work of His creation. The gift of gender is thus part of the goodness of God’s creation. By his free choice man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race. Only the grace of God can bring man into fellowship with God. The sacredness of humaninity is evident in that God created man in His own image, and in that Christ died for man; therefore, every person of every race possesses full dignity and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
Salvation is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society. It is composed of persons related to one another by marriage, blood, or adoption. Marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime. It is God’s unique gift to reveal the union between Christ and His church. The husband and wife are of equal worth before God, since both are created in God’s image.
